How much will my translation cost?
Every quote is based on your documents. The main factors are the number and length of pages, how clear the original is (handwriting or poor scans take longer), whether you need certification or notarization, any formatting the receiving organization asks for, and your deadline. Share these details, or the documents themselves, and we will confirm the price before any work begins.
How long does a translation take?
We confirm timing after reviewing your request. Let us know your deadline when you contact us, and we’ll discuss what is possible before you place an order.
Do I have to upload my documents?
No. You can call, email, or choose “Contact me first” in the quote form. We can discuss your needs before you share documents.
What if an organization has specific requirements?
Tell us where you plan to submit the translation and share the organization’s instructions. We’ll discuss the required format and certification details before proceeding.
What is the difference between a certified and a notarized translation?
A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator confirming that it is complete and accurate. A notarized translation adds one step: that statement is signed before a notary public, who confirms the signer’s identity. The receiving organization decides which one it needs, so please check its instructions or send them to us.
Can you translate documents for IRCC, ICBC, schools, or courts?
Yes. We translate documents that clients submit to immigration, licensing, education, and legal offices. Each organization sets its own requirements and makes its own decisions, so we review its instructions with you before we start.
